BakeAICake is an online marketplace that connects customers ("Cakers") with independent bakers ("Bakers") for custom cake orders. Our platform provides AI-powered cake design tools, baker discovery, order management, and secure payment processing.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. For Customers (Cakers)

As a customer using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate order details and delivery information
• Pay for orders through our secure payment system
• Communicate respectfully with bakers
• Pick up or receive orders as agreed
• Provide honest reviews and feedback

5. For Bakers

As a baker using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and pricing
• Maintain all necessary licenses and permits for your jurisdiction
• Fulfill orders as agreed with customers
• Comply with all applicable food safety regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain the quality represented in your portfolio

Bakers are independent contractors and not employees of Zora Labs LLC. You are solely responsible for your products, services, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.

6. Orders and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree that:

• Prices are set by individual bakers
• A platform fee may be included in the total price
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and baker policies
• We are not responsible for disputes between customers and bakers

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate cake design visualizations. These AI-generated images are for reference only and the final product may vary. Bakers will work with customers to create cakes that match the design as closely as possible, but exact replication is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zora Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content (such as reviews and portfolio images) remains the property of the respective users.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZORA LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zora Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination
